Who knew that Sea Turtles were so smart?

Personally, I love to swim with them. The turtle pictured below guided me back to the shore in Hawaii in 2019. I was snorkeling with my husband & brother-in-law when the current picked up and I got tired, so I decided to head back to the shore.

It was rocky and the current was pushing me out and then he appeared (yes, I believe it was a he, like a father turtle) My turtle appeared and guided me all the way back to the shore! Through the waves and around the rocks!

What would have happened if I didn’t have that guidance?

I could’ve been exhausted trying to get to the shore.

I could've hurt myself by hitting the rocks.

I could’ve gotten lost.
