The second category is resumes that look pretty good. If your resume looks and reads well, then it may not be the problem. But don't just rely on your resume to do the work for you. Did you know that 85% of all jobs are filled through networking? That's why it's important to research roles and companies, create warm leads, and get engaged on LinkedIn.
